Our Story


Romeo's Pizzeria was founded by two young entrepreneurs, Will Carpenter and Diana Lopes. 

Diana had been working in an Italian Pizzeria for 4 years where she fell in love with the idea of starting her own. With Will's passion for events, they decided to join forces to create Romeo’s. 

When starting Romeo's, Will and Diana were both deeply passionate about ensuring they were creating authentic Italian pizzas. This is why Romeo’s uses only the finest ingredients, sourced from trusted local and Italian suppliers. This includes dough made with 00 Caputo flour, sauce made with Italian tomatoes, and fresh diced mozzarella. They were determined to make pizzas in a way that any Italian would be proud to claim as their own.

On top of this all of Romeo's pizzas are stone baked at over 400 degrees for the perfect texture and incredible flavor. This dedication to authenticity and quality sets Romeo's apart and makes for an unforgettable dining experience.

Both Will and Diana had a vision for Romeo's that went beyond just serving great food. They wanted to create an experience that was memorable and engaging for their customers. They believed that their mobile pizzeria, housed in a quaint horsebox, had the potential to not only serve delicious, authentic pizzas, but also be a center point and source of conversation at any event.

Today, Romeo’s is a beloved feature at events big and small, and their authentic, hand-made pizzas continue to be a hit with customers of all ages.
